Join us on Thursday, January 29, starting at 12 p.m. The session will begin with highlights from the Lab’s recent report exploring how housing and climate agencies can work together. The report draws on a national scan of initiatives at the intersection of housing and climate, as well as interviews with practitioners around the country, to show how some cities are collaborating and to outline valuable lessons other jurisdictions can apply

A fireside chat will follow with Alane Humrich, Program Director, and Katherine Greenshaw, Energy Tune-Up Technician at the Community Weatherization Coalition (CWC) in Alachua County, FL. CWC’s programs, including a program designed to improve energy efficiency upgrades for rental properties in exchange for affordability guarantees, are featured in the Lab’s report. The panelists will share their experience developing and implementing programs that tackle both housing and climate challenges.
